Here's one of my own.. that worked pretty well..
I had home made Molagai Podi or Chutney Powder.. and I usually mix it with yogurt to serve with Uttapam.. But I wanted something different that day.. Opening the fridge door opens endless possibilities.... I saw an Avocado.. and decided to use it in the chutney..
Everyone loved the taste.. and I liked the recipe because it takes only 15-20 minutes to make it!
Source: AshaCool kitchen
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Molagai Podi (home made or store bought MTR chutney podi)
- 1 Avocado - Peel the avocado and remove the seed, cut into 3-4 large squares
- 1 Tomato
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Serve with hot uttapams. It would be a real nice dip for chips or fresh veggies.

I am going to try the uttapam french toast ..
