Story: This recipe is about two very different ingredients coming together to form an exceptional flavor. Mango and Radish - this relish adds a nice twist to a usual grilling menu.

Ingredients: Serving for four
- 1 close to ripe mango - cut into half inch chuncks - For my friends in India - get the crunchy, not so sweet somewhat tart variety of mango (Totapuri in Maharashtra)
- 12-15 radishes - cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp tobasco sauce - I used Sriracha instead
- 3-4 pink peppercorns crushed coarsely (I used sichuan peppercorns instead)
- Handful cilantro leaves finely chopped
- salt to taste
You will be surprised to find the strong flavor of radish toned down by the dressing while a cool-crunch complements the sweet-sour mango.
